About the event

Come support your physical and mental restoration by calming the nervous system. Restorative yoga is a gentle practice focused on deep relaxation and stress relief, using props like bolsters & blankets to support the body in restful poses while being serenaded by crystal bowls, chimes and other soothing instruments. Stay for tea after!
