My Holistic Approach to Wellness
When it comes to health and healing, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Every person is unique—your body, mind, and energy are influenced by your lifestyle, history, and personal experiences. That’s why my work at Frequency & Flow Wellness is rooted in a truly holistic approach, integrating both scientific principles and alternative healing practices to create personalized paths for each client.
The Science of Wellness
With nearly 20 years as a registered dietitian and a deep understanding of human physiology, I know how to take an evidence-based approach to nutrition and overall health. I’ve extensively studied the science behind metabolism, digestion, hormones, and how food interacts with the body, and I bring that knowledge into every session.
But wellness is so much more than what you eat. Your nervous system, stress levels, sleep patterns, and movement habits all play a role in how you feel on a daily basis. This is why I also draw from my background in sustainability initiatives, program development, and regulatory compliance—because creating lasting change requires structure, strategy, and accountability.
The Art of Healing
Over the past 15+ years, I’ve immersed myself in personal development and explored countless healing modalities out of curiosity of learning more about myself. I’ve personally engaged in deep work, including a variety of talk therapy approaches, neurofeedback, energy work, plant medicine, body work, hypnotherapy, and others. These experiences allow me to meet my clients with compassion, understanding, and a wealth of tools to guide them toward their own healing.
My training as a Reiki Master, yoga instructor, and sound healer adds another layer to my work. I understand how energy moves through the body, how emotions get stored physically, and how practices like breath work, meditation, and movement can help release blockages and restore balance. Whether it’s a chakra-focused yoga session, a restorative sound bath, or a Reiki session to help process emotional weight, I tailor every experience to what my clients need in the moment.
Why This Matters
The truth is, most people seeking wellness support don’t just need a meal plan or an exercise routine. They need a personalized, sustainable approach that takes into account their mind, body, and energy. My background allows me to see the full picture and help clients bridge the gap between science and soul—between logical structure and intuitive healing.
Some days, the work might be focused on tangible changes like meal prep strategies or movement practices. Other days, it might be about nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, or breaking through limiting beliefs. No matter where you are on your journey, I meet you there and help you move forward in a way that feels aligned and achievable.
Your Unique Path to Wellness
You don’t have to choose between science and alternative healing—you can have both. My approach is about integrating the best of both worlds, giving you the knowledge, tools, and support to make lasting shifts in your health and well-being.
If you’re ready to find balance, increase your energy, and move through life with more ease and flow, I’d love to work with you. Let’s create a wellness plan that’s as unique as you are.
